A Professional Artist Development Program for Exceptional Young Singers

   a. "New Stars" Pop Vocal Ensemble

   b. "New Stars" Classical Vocal Ensemble


1. Program Overview

The "New Stars" Young Artist Vocal Intensive Project is a highly selective, year-round training and performance program for advanced young singers (ages approximately 12–22) who have demonstrated exceptional talent through competitions, auditions, or prior professional experience.


The program consists of two specialized tracks:

   a. Pop Vocal Performance Ensemble

   b. Classical/Crossover Vocal Performance Ensemble


Each ensemble functions as both an elite training studio and a professional performance collective, combining advanced vocal instruction, artistic development, marketing strategy, and active performance placement.


This is not simply a lesson program — it is a structured pathway for young artists preparing for serious musical careers.


2. Ensemble Structure

Each ensemble consists of 6 - 8 singers: Enrollment is by audition only

   • 4–5 Principal Singers

   • 2–3 Cover Artists (Emerging Artists)


All members receive full training and development support: - Principals receive priority casting for major performances. - Cover artists are prepared to step into principal roles and are groomed for advancement within the program.


3. Group Lesson Sessions:

Two sessions a year with 20 weeks in 5 months per session.

Weekly Training Schedule: 90 min each lesson, twice weekly — Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Summary: 40 lessons or 60 hours per session.


Each session includes:

   • Advanced group vocal technique

   • Ensemble blending & musicianship

   • Repertoire preparation

   • Interpretation & stylistic refinement

   • Performance psychology & stage presence

   • At least one performance opportunity on a formal stage


4. Specialty Training (Included in Tuition)

Throughout the year, students receive rotating specialty sessions such as:

   • Drama & Character Development

   • Choreography & Movement

   • Staging & Production Coaching

   • Microphone Technique

   • Diction & Song Interpretation

   • Collaborative Pianist Coaching

   • Improvisation & Creative Expression

   • Recording Studio Workshops

   • Competition & Audition Preparation

   •  Guest professionals and industry experts will be invited periodically for masterclasses.


5. Career Development & Promotion

What makes this program unique is its professional development component.

Included in tuition:

   • Artist branding guidance

   • Professional photos & promotional materials (as applicable)

   • Social media positioning strategy

   • Performance placement outreach

   • Assistance with contract review (when applicable)

   • Competition and festival applications

   • Concert production and presentation


The artistic team actively seeks performance opportunities for the ensemble and its principal singers, including:

   • Concert series

   • Festival appearances

   • Community performances

   • Ticketed showcase events

   • Competition placements

   • Collaborative arts events


The goal is not only training — but visibility and real stage experience.


6. Performance Commitment

Members are expected to:

   • Commit fully to rehearsals and preparation

   • Participate in scheduled performances

   • Represent the ensemble at a professional standard

   • Maintain vocal health and artistic discipline


Regular public performances are guaranteed throughout the year.


7. Tuition

$3,500 per session per singer (Year-round enrollment for two sessions)

Tuition includes:

   • 1.5 hours per lesson - twice weekly group vocal training (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for 20 weeks per session.

   • All specialty workshops

   • Guest masterclasses

   • Career development and marketing support

   • Performance preparation and participation

   • Artist branding and promotional efforts


There are no additional fees for specialty classes.


8. Program Goals

The “New Stars” Young Artist Vocal Intensive Project aims to:

   • Develop technically exceptional, stylistically versatile young artists.

   • Provide consistent, high-level performance opportunities.

   • Prepare singers for:

      (1) Major competitions

      (2) Conservatory admissions

      (3) Professional auditions

      (4) Recording opportunities

   • Teach young artists how to function professionally within the music industry.

   • Build confidence, discipline, artistry, and leadership.


9. Advancement Path

Cover Artists are developed with the clear intention of advancement into Principal roles as opportunities arise.

The program encourages:

   • Growth

   • Merit-based promotion

   • Artistic maturity

   •Professional readiness


10. Who Is This Program For

This program is designed for:

   • Competition winners

   • Highly motivated, disciplined artists

   • Young Artists who are serious about pursuing vocal performance at a professional level


It is not a recreational program.


11. The Vision

To create two elite vocal ensembles in Massachusetts that combine:

   • Conservatory-level training

   • Professional performance experience

   • Real artist development

   • Strategic promotion

   • A collaborative, inspiring artistic environment


The result: young singers who are not only talented and fully prepared for the professional world but actually step into the professional world.

Principal Coach

Olga Lisovska

Opera Soprano, Director and Music Teacher at Boston Symphony Orchestra, Co-founder of Boston Int’l Symphony Orchestra

A critically acclaimed classical soprano, Olga's career involves singing on prestigious concert stages, including Carnegie Hall, and producing events and performances. As a performer, Ms. Lisovska’s concerts have been featured on Ukrainian, Italian and American TV, including on the Today Show. Ms. Lisovska is a sought-after voice teacher and diction coach. As diction coach she works with Tanglewood Festival Chorus at Boston Symphony, Odyssey Opera, and New England Conservatory. Olga Lisovska holds degrees from Middlebury College, École Normale de Musique d'A. Cortot in Paris, France and L'Institut des Sciences Politiques in Paris, France.

Dr. Ana Guigui has a 35-year career as an interdisciplinary, professional artist, including Broadway national tours and Off-Broadway credits as a performer, a world touring keyboardist and vocalist for Christopher Cross and various other Grammy award winning artists. Academic accomplishments include a DMA in Opera/Vocal Arts from USC’s Thornton School of Music in Los Angeles. As an ongoing Professor of Voice at the Berklee College of Music in Boston since 2011, Dr. Guigui teaches voice lessons in various styles/genres, acting classes, directs musical theater productions and directs and produces student senior recitals.

Labek has been performing since the age of nine. After winning a full scholarship to Cornell University, where she received an MFA, she moved to NYC. There, she pursued a performance career, starring in a number of repertory plays, working on parts in TV and on Broadway. Labek (AKA Rebecca Malka Perricone) moved to Boston where she has been a professor at Berklee College of Music for the past 14 years.

As a vocalist, Amanda is an international recording and performing artist. She is a two-time Boston Music Awards Nominee, and her five jazz albums and live performances have received worldwide critical acclaim for her fresh interpretations of the Great American Songbook. The Wall Street Journal hailed her, "...a true jazz singer in a time of wannabes."
